Brief
After payment, the intake asks one scripted question at a time: company, what it does, who it is for, regions, current site, domain, language, pages, the main action, tone and deadline. You upload a brief, a logo and up to eight images, or type the brief. If you have a site, a button fetches its public title and description only, labelled as found publicly, and you correct it.

Concept
We write the sitemap, the headline for each page and the navigation. You read it in the portal and approve it or comment.

Design
The home page, designed for desktop and for mobile, using your uploaded logo or a clean wordmark. Other pages follow the same system.

Build
We build the site and share a private preview link. Search engines are kept out of the preview.

Test
Each test is recorded as pass or fail with a note, and you can see the list in the portal.

Review
You review the preview. One revision round is included. After that, changes go through a ticket or an extra revision add-on.

Deploy
We deploy to your domain, on our own servers if you take a plan, or hand you the site files to host yourself. You receive the handoff: domain, SSL, logins, sitemap and plan.
