Questions

Can I edit it myself?

Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.

Which booking tools work?

Any tool with a booking page or an embed, for example Calendly, Cal.com, SimplyBook.me or a Google Calendar appointment page. We link or embed it; your bookings and payments stay in your own account.

Can I sell courses or memberships?

Not inside the site. We link to the tool you sell them with. A custom members area is bigger work, scoped on a call.

How fast can it be live?

Launch is live in 5 working days once your payment has cleared, the brief is confirmed and your photo and logo are in (we write the texts). The date is in writing.

What if I only need one page?

Page is one long page with a booking link, from the pricing page in your currency. It can grow into a bigger site later; you pay the difference.
