What if I have more than 50 products?
- Anything above this package (more than 50 products, several currencies, complex shipping rules, a marketplace or a booking system) is scoped on a free 15-minute call, with a fixed quote within 2 business days. We do not publish a price above $3,300.
Which plans can a shop have?
- Care Plus, WordPress care (for WooCommerce shops), or you host it yourself. A shop needs updates and payment checks every month, so the Hosting plan alone is not offered for shops. If you host it yourself, you are responsible for security updates, backups and keeping payments working.
Who holds the payment account?
- You do. Payouts go straight to your account; we never handle your customers' money.
Can I edit it myself?
- Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.
