Accessibility statement

We aim for the site and the client portal to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This is a goal we test against, not a certification.

What we do

• A skip link on every page and a visible focus ring on every control.
• One H1 per page and headings in order.
• Labels on every form field, and errors announced to screen readers.
• Text and background colours chosen for readable contrast.
• No autoplay video. Motion is reduced when your system asks for it.
• Images carry alt text; decorative shapes are hidden from assistive technology.

Client sites

Every client site goes through five tests before review: mobile, form, links, titles and speed. Accessibility checks from Lighthouse are part of the performance run.

Known limits

Uploaded files, such as PDFs supplied by clients, may not be accessible. We will help convert them on request.
