What if I miss an approval?
- The date moves by the working days we wait. We tell you the new date in the portal within one working day.
What happens after the free month of Care?
- If you chose a care plan at checkout, billing starts after the first month. If not, the site stays yours and you can add care later.
Can I edit it myself?
- Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.
