What you see in the portal

Health: HTTPS, status code, response time, certificate expiry, last backup and uptime from real checks. A “Run check” button fetches your site there and then.
Performance: Lighthouse scores and the Core Web Vitals targets: LCP 2.5 s, CLS 0.1, INP 200 ms. A score appears only after a real run.
Traffic: a checklist and a plan, plus any visitor numbers you report from your own tools. No made-up charts.
Tickets: written requests with one file each, replies and status.
