Do you work with clients anywhere?
- Yes. The studio is remote and delivery is worldwide. Meetings are by video, and the same scope and price apply wherever you are.
Are prices fixed?
- Yes. Every package has a fixed price between $440 and $2,640 (or the same in our pound and dollar price lists). Work above $3,300 is scoped on a call and has no public number.
What do I need to send?
- Your logo if you have one, photos, what the business does, and a phone number or email for the site. The intake asks for the rest one question at a time.
Who owns the domain and the site?
- You own the domain, registered in your name. When you leave, you get everything needed to host the site elsewhere.
Can I edit it myself?
- Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.
Which booking tools can my site use?
- Any tool that gives you a booking page or an embed: Calendly, Cal.com, Doctolib, Treatwell, SimplyBook.me, Google Calendar appointment pages and similar. The Business site links to it or embeds it; we do not build a booking system, so your bookings stay in your own account.
I only have a company name. Can you still help?
- Yes. Complete start covers domain registration help, a wordmark, copy from a short video interview, licensed stock photos and a five-page site.
What if I need more pages than my package includes?
- Each package has caps on pages, revisions and images. You can add more with priced add-ons at checkout or later in the portal, up to a project total of $3,300. Beyond that we scope it on a call.
Who will build my site?
- Your site is made by our UK team: designers who plan how it looks and works, developers who build it so it's fast and secure, and an SEO lead who helps people find you on Google. All of our team are based in the United Kingdom: UI/UX designers, front-end developers, back-end developers and an SEO lead. You talk to us by video and in your portal.
How do I pay?
- Pay by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer when offered. You pay in euros, pounds or dollars, whichever is shown at checkout. A local bank may add a fee. We never see or store card numbers.
Can I pay half now?
- Yes, for packages from $1,320: choose "50% now, 50% at launch" at checkout. The second half is invoiced when you accept the review, before the site goes live, and you can pay it by card link or bank transfer. The site goes live once it is paid.
Can I pay with Klarna?
- For one-off payments by card, yes, where Klarna offers it: pay in 3 in the UK (pounds), pay in 4 in the US (dollars), pay later in Germany (euros). Choose Klarna on Stripe's payment page; Klarna decides which options you get. It is not available when a monthly plan is part of the same payment.
Is VAT charged?
- No. TRACIO Limited (which trades as Bytyn) is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. If that changes, checkout shows it before you pay.
How do approvals work?
- From $1,320 nothing moves forward without your yes: you confirm the brief, approve the concept, approve the design and accept the review. The Page ($440) and Brochure site ($790) are simpler: you confirm the brief, then see one preview and send one revision.
Is the launch date guaranteed?
- Yes. Live on the agreed date, in writing. The date is set when you confirm the brief and all your content is in (texts, logo, photos); each day an approval from you is outstanding moves it by a day. Terms, section 14.
What if I change my mind?
- Change your mind before we start work and we refund you in full. Once design has started, you pay only for the work done so far. The full wording is in section 6 of the terms.
Can I cancel hosting or care?
- Monthly plans run at least 3 months, then end with 30 days' notice; yearly plans end at the close of the paid year. The details are in section 15 of the terms.
How many revisions are included?
- One revision round in review. After that, changes go through a ticket, or you can add extra revision rounds.
Which time zones do you meet in?
- Yours. The booking form shows times in your time zone and we confirm by email with a video link.
Do I need an account?
- Only to buy and to use the portal. Accounts are free. The rest of the site is open to everyone.
What languages do you build in?
- Sites are English by default. You can choose another site language in the intake; translation itself is not included.
