Questions

Can I edit it myself?

Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.

Can people book a table or order online?

Yes, through the tool you already use (for example OpenTable, ResDiary, Quandoo or your delivery or ordering app). We link or embed it. We do not build a booking or ordering system.

How fast can it be live?

A Page is live in 2 working days once your payment has cleared, the brief is confirmed and your menu, hours and photos are in. With Express, 1 working day.

Can I change the menu often?

Yes. Send a ticket from your portal. Care includes 30 minutes of changes a month, which covers most menu and price updates.

What if I need more than one page?

Brochure site has up to five pages (menu, about, events, private hire, contact). A Page can grow into one later; you pay the difference.
