Is VAT added?
No. TRACIO Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Each extra page is a fixed-price add-on; see Add-ons above.
What if I change my mind?
Change your mind before we start work and we refund you in full. Once design has started, you pay only for the work done so far. Terms.
Which currency are the prices in?
Prices are shown in euros, pounds or US dollars: we pick the currency from your location (US dollars if we cannot tell), and you can change it at any time with the currency switch. The amount you pay is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if I miss an approval?
Reply within 24 hours (one working day). Each further working day an approval is outstanding moves your date by one working day, and the portal shows the new date. Terms.
How do I pay?
By card, or by bank transfer. The project opens when payment is confirmed.
