Atelier Vale: an architecture studio site
Minimal and editorial, built around large images: an asymmetric project index, full project pages with a gallery, services, the studio and an enquiry form. Restraint is the design.

The brief
Two concrete boxes on a narrow infill plot, offset so each gets morning and evening light. A slatted timber screen gives the street side privacy without closing it.
The stair runs along the party wall and doubles as the house's spine: storage, bookshelves and a desk built into its flank.
Outcome
Built for less than the local average per square metre, by keeping the structure simple and the finishes few.
What this demo shows
- A project template the client can fill again and again.
- Large images served at the right size for each screen, so the page stays fast.
- Serif display type and wide letter-spacing for a quiet, editorial voice.
Every client site gets its own look, from the logo and photos you send. Nothing here is a template you would share with anyone else. See Business site for the full scope, or all five demos.
