Electrical work is bought on trust

  • Customers are told never to use anyone who is not registered, then cannot find your NICEIC or NAPIT details on your site.
  • Rewires, consumer units, EV chargers and landlord certificates are four different searches, and one list on a “Services” page answers none of them well.
  • Landlords and letting agents want a certificate by a deadline and an invoice, not a phone call in the middle of their working day.
  • There is no way to send a photo of the fuse board, so every enquiry starts with a visit you may not want to make.

What you get

  • Registration up front

Your NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA membership, Part P status and insurance near the top of every page, linked to the scheme's own register.

  • A page per job type

Rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installs, EICRs, fault finding or commercial work: the ones you choose, each on its own page, written for you.

  • Landlord and agent path

What an EICR includes, how long it takes and how to book and pay, so letting agents and repeat landlords know exactly where to go.

  • Quote form with photos

Job type, property type, postcode, photos of the board or the fault and a callback time, sent straight to your inbox.

  • Click-to-call, always

Your number at the top and a call button that stays on screen on phones, plus an out-of-hours line if you take emergency work.

  • Fast and findable

Titles and structured data that tell Google what you do and where, quick on mobile data, SSL, and the domain in your name.

Built for jobs, not just looks

If you want fewer time-wasting calls and more of one particular job, such as EV chargers, full rewires, landlord certificates or commercial maintenance, we start from that. The home page says who you work for and what you want to be called about, and each chosen service gets a page that answers what customers ask before they ring: what it involves, roughly how long it takes, and which certificate they get at the end.

Launch includes the copy, so you do not write anything. You answer a ten-minute questionnaire, we write the pages in plain English a homeowner can follow, and you check them before anything goes live. You still decide every claim: we only state registrations, guarantees and insurance you confirm.

The site also handles the paperwork questions for you. A landlord can see what an EICR covers and request one from a phone; a homeowner can see you are registered and send a photo of the board. That means fewer calls to answer, and better ones.

Questions

Can I edit it myself?

Not with an editor: our sites have no CMS (content management system), which keeps them fast and secure and leaves nothing to break. Instead you ask, and we make the change: send a ticket from your portal (text, prices, opening hours, photos, a new service). Care ($54 a month) includes 30 minutes of changes a month and Care Plus 60 minutes; most text or price changes take a few minutes. Work beyond the allowance, or changes on the Hosting plan, is $88 an hour in 15-minute blocks (Hosting: at least $66 a change), quoted before we start. If you need to edit every day yourself, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether a DIY builder suits you better.

Can you link to my NICEIC or NAPIT listing?

Yes. Send us your membership details and we link your badge to your entry on the scheme's own register, so customers can check it in one tap. We add only the schemes and insurance you confirm.

How fast can it be live?

Launch is live in 5 working days once your payment has cleared, the brief is confirmed and your logo, photos and registration details are in (we write the texts). With Express it is 3 working days (one Express project a week, ordered before 12:00 UK time with all content ready). If we wait more than 24 hours for your approval, each extra working day moves the date back by a day. The portal always shows the current date.

Can EV chargers have their own page?

Yes. EV charger installs are a search of their own, so they deserve a page: what you install, what a typical home needs, and a quote form that asks for the right details, such as where the car parks and where the board is. It counts as one of your five pages.

Do you write about regulations?

We describe your work in plain words, and you confirm the facts: which certificates you issue, what Part P means for the customer, what your guarantee covers. We do not write regulatory statements on your behalf; anything like that comes from you.

I do commercial work too. Does that fit?

Yes. We split the site into two clear paths, homes and businesses, so a facilities manager never lands on a page about a broken light switch. If you need more than five pages for that, Business site gives you up to ten.

What does it cost each month?

Nothing is required. Care covers hosting, SSL, backups, uptime checks and 30 minutes of changes a month, and the first month is included with Launch. Prices are on the pricing page in your currency.

Our promises

  • Fixed price, in writing

The price on the page is the price on the invoice. Add-ons are priced before you add them; nothing is added without your yes.

  • You own your site and domain

The domain is registered in your name. On full payment the site, content and design are yours, and you can download the files any time.

  • Change your mind, fairly

Change your mind before we start work and we refund you in full. Once design has started, you pay only for the work done so far.

    Cancellation in the terms

You own the code, content and domain. Leave any time with your files.

No lock-in: your domain is never in our name, and the site download is in your portal. How leaving works.
